Position summary:

Plan and create marketing strategy and execute and measure marketing campaigns (focus on digital and online market), Identify insight and analyze market to deliver targets.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all marketing, digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (Target and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies­­­.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vend­­­or partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Work closely with CRM to ensure effective work and customer satisfaction.

Qualification requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing and business strategy or data analytics or business analysis or customer insight.
  • Strong understanding of current digital trend, FB algorithm, Google ads, online marketing, concepts, strategy and best practice.
  • Experience in digital marketing, E-commerce, SEO, CRM, and social media.
  • Experience in Health supplement industry would be a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • High level of motivation and strong record of high level performance.
